When Ciupa and Denise contacted us in March for their June 13th Ibiza wedding, we knew it would be special. Not only did we have just three months to bring their dream to life, but they also wanted something bold, glamorous, and unforgettable — a wedding that would make guests feel like they’d stepped into another world.

Some parties you plan. Others you produce. Ciupa & Denise asked for a wedding that felt like stepping into another world — a full Studio 54 experience in a private Ibiza villa. Our brief was clear: bold, glamorous, and uncompromising on music, light, and energy.

The Concept: Studio 54, Reimagined for Ibiza

We approached the day as a show with multiple acts—each with its own soundtrack, lighting look, and energy arc.

Host team & guest welcome: Elegant hosts in vibrant looks set the tone from the first step inside the villa.

Live headline band (12-piece, from Italy): We built a custom stage around the pool, turning the waterline into part of the set.

Lighting & projection mapping: Disco-inspired effects and circus-style projections washed the finca walls, shifting scenes as the party evolved.

Choreographed flow: From the champagne aperitif through dinner interludes to the late-night dance floor, every moment was timed, cued, and showcalled.

Set dressing for nightlife energy: Chandeliers overhead, candlelit glow at table height, luxe lounges by day, and a dance floor that came alive after dark.

Production & logistics

Turning a private finca into a nightlife-ready venue is equal parts design, engineering, and choreography.

For this Studio 54 celebration, we treated production and logistics as a show within the show—tuning acoustics to the pool, syncing light and projection to the entertainment timeline, and mapping every backstage move so service felt invisible.

Stage, sound, and lights designed to fit a working private finca footprint and poolside acoustics.

Projection mapping content & playback operated to sync with the entertainment timeline.

Power & back-of-house: generators, catering power splits, cold chain, and crew routing planned in advance.

International vendor integration: Italian Michelin-star team (Antica Corona Reale) brought chefs and product; we handled island entry, permits, FOH service teams, and service choreography.

Guest movement: website RSVPs, dietary intel, accommodation mapping, and transfers for 130 guests.

Why it worked

Because the entertainment led the design. Every technical choice—staging, sightlines, lighting looks, audio zones—served the feel of a Studio 54 night in Ibiza.

The result was a wedding that moved like a great party: light, dance, and joy from first toast to final track.
