01 How far in advance should we book?
For peak season events (June–September), we recommend reaching out at least 6–12 months in advance. For off-season events, 3–6 months is usually sufficient. That said, we can occasionally accommodate shorter timelines depending on availability.
02 What is included in your planning services?
Our full-service planning covers everything from concept development and venue sourcing to vendor coordination, timeline management, and on-the-day direction. We tailor our involvement to your needs — whether you want end-to-end management or support with specific elements.
03 Do you only plan events in Ibiza?
While Ibiza is our home and where we do our best work, we have planned events across the Balearic Islands and occasionally in mainland Spain. Our deepest network and venue relationships are on Ibiza.
04 What is the typical budget range for an event?
Every event is unique, so costs vary widely based on guest count, venue choice, entertainment, and styling. We work with a range of budgets and will always be transparent about where your investment goes. We're happy to discuss ballpark figures on an initial call.
05 Can you help with guest accommodation and travel?
Absolutely. We coordinate villa and hotel bookings, airport transfers, boat charters, and group activities. For multi-day celebrations, we create full itineraries so your guests have a seamless experience from arrival to departure.
